It’s called a C.L.U.E. report, stands for Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange and ALL insurance companies report to them. No longer hiding that car accident that there was no police report. Or that wind storm damage to your siding, that cost less than your deductible to fix (thus shows $0 paid out). We had a new insured that said “I’ve had 0 claims” and the C.L.U.E. report showed 5 claims but $0 paid out. When I asked him about it, he said my S.F. agent, when I called to ask about a damage to my property, he said “Call the 800#!”. Guess what? That then shows up on your C.L.U.E. report!
