Larsen Insurance Agency is an independent insurance broker with over 25 years of insurance experience and led by Tom Larsen who has assembled an excellent team of professionals. Tom’s team prides themselves on excellent customer care and the fact they have over 20+ years experience themselves.

Tom Says: “I am proud of our team and the fact that we do not have voice mail. We answer our phones LIVE, with our first name and you’ll never hear press 3, press 1, press 2 from us. All that stuff leads to poor customer service and “voice tagging” back-n-forth.

Tom is also currently a landlord, one area of expertise and the agency insures over 200 landlords throughout New York State. Prior to entering insurance, Tom owned 2 restaurants & bars in the Buffalo, NY area which makes restaurant insurance a specialty.
